  • How do I make an appointment?
    For a screening mammogram, orders are not needed as this is usually considered a wellness or preventive exam. You can call the office at (954) 408-4285‬. For all other exams, an order is required from your provider; once we receive the order, we will call you to set up the appointment.
  • I found a lump in my breast, what should I do?
    Call your provider and tell them about your concerns as they may want to see you first. Your provider will either give you orders for a diagnostic mammogram and schedule you for an exam with us or they will fax orders to us and we will call you to set up the appointment. Please bring any orders you are given to your appointment with us.
  • If I have multiple providers that need a copy of my report, can you send it to them?
    Yes, just let us know each of your provider's names when scheduling or at check in.
  • How do I get a copy of my report?
    You can request one by mail or email when you check out at the end of your appointment (usually available after 3 business days).
  • When will my referring provider receive the results of my exam?
    We fax a completed report to your provider, usually within 1-2 hours of your appointment. If you have a visit scheduled with your provider immediately after your visit with us, please let us know so that we can expedite the report to their office.
  • I need a copy of my exam; will I be charged for a set of my images/CD?
    The first set of images/CD per date of service is printed for free. If a second set is needed, there may be a minimal charge.
  • Is Larmor Medical for women's imaging only?
    No, breast imaging is at our core but we perform diagnostic imaging for all genders, sexes, and patients 18 years of age or greater.
